Ordering, Shipping, and Returns Policy:
Smartgreek.com accepts Visa, Master Card, Amex and paypal.com
Shipping Charges:
We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with most
in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however some
orders may take up to 5-7 days to process. We do not ship on Saturdays,
Sundays, or holidays.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event
of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the
control of smartgreek.com.com (including, for example, interruptions
of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers,
your bank or credit card).

**These shipping prices are for shipments within the United States
ONLY. International shipping charges will differ. You will be able
to review the shipping price to your country in the checkout process
before you submit your order.
For an additional $15.00 we offer overnight delivery, but you must
call 415-305-8197 before 10 a.m. PST, Monday through Thursday.
For items that will be shipped to a different address (for gifts,
etc,) please specify the new shipping address in the checkout process.
Each item is shipped in a cotton-filled smartgreek.com jewels gift
box with tissue paper - It's a great way to send birthday and other
special occasion gifts. Please keep in mind, when sending our jewelry
as gifts, that the turnaround is 1 to 2 weeks. Gift Certificates

A California 8.25% sales tax will be automatically applied to all
orders shipping in CA.
All orders will be shipped UPS GROUND or USPS (United States Postal
Office) unless otherwise specified. All claims (damage or shortage)
must be reported within five working days after receipt of merchandise.
Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases
upon delivering the order to the carrier. We are not responsible
for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. You must file a claim
with the delivery carrier. We would, however, assist you in supplying
any information necessary for submission of your claim.
Returns and Repairs Policy:
At smartgreek.com.com, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
We will gladly issue a refund for all returns that are received
within 10 days of the shipping date. Please be advised that any
returns received after this time will be charged a 50% restocking
fee.

There are no refunds or exchanges on special custom made orders.
If you have a piece needs repair, there will be a $10 per piece
repair charge, plus shipping for all merchandise purchased within
60 days. For merchandise over 60 days old, there will be a $15 -
$25 per piece repair charge, plus shipping.

We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our
merchandise on our Web site. However, the color(s) you see will
vary depending on the settings and capabilities of your monitor,
computer and Web browser. Therefore, smartgreek.com cannot guarantee
that your monitor’s display of the merchandise is accurate.

which are designed by smartgreek.com and handmade in our studio
in Oakland, CA. smartgreek.com disclaims any implied representation
or warranty with regard to merchandise sold by smartgreek.com, either
on the Site, by phone, in the store or through any other means.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF OUR RETURN POLICY, THE MERCHANDISE
